Price Guarantee

We are a respected coffee roaster and internet retailer of coffee products. We put our reputation on the line daily. Our customers come first and have thus been rewarded by their loyalty to our great coffee. A great product and excellent service is important, but we also understand that price is an important part of our guarantee. If you find your desired coffee or product at a better price, but would rather buy from Jitters and Bliss just email or call us. We would be honored to match prices with any US retailer and have you as a customer. Our mission is to offer you the finest coffee and best prices followed by quickest service! That’s our guarantee!

Basic Shipping Rates

Coffee orders of 5 pounds or more are shipped free in the USA. We will deduct shipping costs from your invoice. One to three pounds of coffee is shipped by UPS for $4.95. Three to Five pounds of coffee is $6.50. Five pounds or more is free! For more detailed info on shipping cost go to ups.com or usps.com. These rates are for delivery within the continental United States. For international shipping go to usps.com for rates.

Returns and Replacements

  • We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping nor do we accept COD returns.

  • We will exchange all items for free if we made a mistake on your order and sent you the wrong product(s).

  • Contact us first before returning any product for a RMA #.
  • All sales are final after 14 days from the time of delivery.

  • All returns must be fully insured for the full value of the merchandise and  returned in its original box. Coffee makers and espresso machines in new condition with all of their packaging materials. There is a 20 percent restocking fee on coffee makers and espresso machines. It is up to you to make sure a returned idem is properly packaged. If shipping damage happens during a return, it is up to you to file a claim with UPS or the shipping company. No refunds will be issued on damaged returned goods

  • No returns on custom or private label coffee orders unless defective or damaged.

  • Damaged Merchandise Claims
  • If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Call us at #1-217-508-4156 or email us at: sales@jittersandbliss.com.

  • All damaged goods must be kept in the original box with all of their original contents, manuals and packing material. The shipping company may want to inspect the merchandise first for insurance claims.

  • All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products or merchandise, after 48 hours all sales are final.

  • All returns must be insured for the full value of the merchandise.

    Wrong merchandise

  • If we shipped the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct product, free of charge. Call us at #1-217-508-4156 or email us at: sales@jittersandbliss.com

  • All returned goods must be returned in their original box with all of the original contents and manuals.

  • All wrong merchandise claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). After that date all sales are final.

  • Do not return anything without contacting us first.

Cancellations

There will be no charge on cancelation of coffee machines and espresso equipment within 24 hours of the sale. After that time, there is a 20 percent restocking fee.

Coffee orders can be canceled if not processed for a full refund. If processed, there is a 20 percent restocking fee. If an order is on our loading dock, it has been processed with a shipping label. It cannot be removed from the shipping area. You will have to return it at your cost.
